Radical Imagination
We teach people how to imagine realistic, optimistic, aspirational futures. We are creating a movement of advocates who practice imagining and communicating the worlds they want to achieve.
Social Design Dreaming is an approach to help us practice imagining things that may seem impossible in the present, but can act as inspiring visions if we reach far into the future.
Our workshops and coaching practices center around critically conscious collaborative futures. We are dedicated to a structured three-step process.

First, we help organizations translate their mission statements into powerful visions. Visions that motivate change.

From there, we work collaboratively to craft shared stories about what life looks and feels like in that vision’s future.

Finally, we use our design chops to find the most impactful ways to express these visions.

Joyful visioning
It is inspiring and uplifting to spend a few hours imagining the results of collective success. We guide groups through imagining, what if our work is ridiculously successful? What will the world look like then?

Mission statements are powerful, but often abstract. Our visioning process helps leaders and organizations clarify, what will the outcomes of that mission look like? What will be achieved in OUR future?

If you are ready for some creative storytelling, we guide you through developing ways to evoke your vision of a better future through language and embodiment. Can we offer people a glimpse of our better future?
