June: Futures as Facilitation with Sean Park

Sean Park, with a PhD in Education, and a long-time contributor to this collective futures group, will guide us through an exploration of facilitation.

What actually shifts something in a futures conversation? It’s usually not the framework, but the moves; the reframe that loosens a fixed assumption, the questions that open up time, and the pauses that let us listen to what cannot be said.

​​his is a practitioner lab, all levels of experience are welcome to learn. We'll surface a shared set of high-leverage future facilitative moves, then split into rooms where someone takes the lead and tries one live with peers. You'll feel the move from both sides, as facilitator and as participant, and debrief what it opened, what it closed, and what it would take to use it for real.
